Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
In over 30 years of clinical practice, I have had the opportunity to treat thousands of trauma survivors all over the world and have been repeatedly amazed by their profound transformations. Whether they experienced a single trauma or decades of trauma, I have found EMDR to be invaluable in its efficacy and expediency. EMDR has been shown to be a highly effective treatment for persons diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
